Celebrate with eTwinning the 30th anniversary of the Erasmus+ Programme

In 2017 the 30 years of Erasmus+ will be celebrated across Europe, with many events organized at national and local level. Erasmus+ is the EU’s overarching programme for education, training, youth and sport. Since 1987, this programme has helped many people to improve their professional and educational profile by learning new skills such as a new language. No matter which Erasmus+ opportunity a person can select it can be a life-changing experience. Most importantly, Erasmus+ has helped expand the underlying ideas of European citizenship and identity.

As part of Erasmus+, eTwinning will keep improving the exchanges among students, teachers and schools throughout Europe. Stay updated and informed about all the upcoming events from Erasmus+ anniversary website.

Benefit from the newly updated European Toolkit for Schools!

The European Toolkit for Schools by School Education Gateway, first launched in 2015, has been developed further to provide you with an even richer experience! You can now browse more than 100 resources through the new ‘Browse by area’ menu, and suggest a resource to be added to the repository. But that is not all!

One of the new features is a self-assessment questionnaire that provides you with a personalised report with a selection of resources relevant to your (school’s) background and areas of interest. You can fill in the questionnaire as many times as you want and compare your results over time.

Have you visited the European Toolkit for Schools today?
